Herman founded Schroeder Capital Management, LLC in 2017 to help individuals and families build wealth, prepare for retirement, and feel confident in their finances.

Prior to founding the business, Herman had a career in investment banking at UBS in New York, focusing on Global Industrials. He also worked as an auditor for real estate and industrial clients at KPMG in London.

Herman began his career in 2005 as an Equity Analyst at Imalivest, a South African Hedge Fund, and held roles in credit trading and operations at UBS in Stamford and Morgan Stanley in London.

He received his M.A. in Economics and Accounting from the University of Edinburgh and graduated with an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia, specializing in Asset Management, Private Equity, and Finance.
